The Legend of the Great Dragon Lake

Long before the dragons were flourishing, two dragons who had no gender played out in the forest, where the foundation for dragons would begin.  The dragons were called Zxero and Merp.  One day, they began to play together for fun, for they were the only two dragons on planet Zanthe.  Merp began to grow tired.  When it said that it must rest, it laid down on the floor, and slowly dissolved into the air.  When Merp was gone, Zxero was sad.  It was sadder than the saddest of the sad.  Zxero cried and cried for ten years, and a lake formed around it.  It only stopped crying when Merp returned on the night of the new galaxy-- the night when the dragons of Zanthe were born.
